Promoting Thai food in Morocco

According to the Royal Thai Embassy in Rabat, together with the Office de Formation Professionnelle et de la Promotion du Travail (OFPPT), Ministry of Labor, Morocco and the Royal Vocational Training Center for Hotel and Tourism Rabat (Center de Qualification Professionnelle Hôtellière et Touristique de Touargas-Rabat), Ministry of Tourism Morocco scheduled events to publish and promote Thai food in Morocco between 18-27 September 2019 by bringing a team of Thai food experts who are famous for preserving Thai flavor and the faculty who are experts in serving Thai food from National Food Institute (NFI) and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to travel to the Kingdom of Morocco and demonstrate Thai food cooking show (Authentic Thai Taste) and serving Thai food correctly to the Moroccan public related to the food industry Hospitality and Tourism in Morocco as well as distinguished guests and diplomatic corps in Morocco.

 

Objective: 

  • To promote Thai food and culture in Morocco

Target groups:

  • Moroccans students and teachers
  • Food suppliers and chef from restaurants and hotels in Morocco
  • Housewives and anyone who are interested

Rabat - The Thai Culinary Festival opened on Thursday at the Guich Loudayas Temara Tourism and Hotel Training Center, in the presence of Thailand's new ambassador to Rabat, Darm Boontham, government officials from Morocco and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom.
